• android.permission.CAMERA: scanning reports, capturing analysis inputs, OCR, and QR or camera-based tools.
• Microphone: voice input and voice-enabled assistant experiences.
• Photos and media access: selecting medical reports or health images from your device.
• Location: map and nearby gym functionality.

Permissions are intended to be requested in context, when the related feature is used.

5. AI and health assistant processing

When you use AI-powered features, your prompts, questions, uploaded report content, and selected context may be processed through Bookflexgym services and trusted model providers to generate responses. These features are designed to support informational, educational, wellness, and workflow use cases and are not a substitute for emergency or professional medical care.

6. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. We may share data with service providers and partners only as needed to operate the app, such as:

• Trusted cloud and data service providers for account access, data storage, notifications, analytics, and service security.
• Identity providers when you choose account-based sign-in.
• AI model providers used to process AI assistant or report-analysis requests initiated by you.
• Gym or operational partners only when needed to fulfill bookings, memberships, or support actions.

You may delete your Bookflexgym account directly inside the app using the in-app delete account option available from the user profile or account settings area. Standard account deletion does not require sending an email request. If you cannot access your account, you may contact supportbookflexgym@gmail.com for support. You may also contact us to request access or correction of your data.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit and at rest, including authentication controls, managed service infrastructure, and access restrictions. No system can be guaranteed to be fully secure, so users should avoid sharing information they do not want processed through app features.

10. Children

If a feature is not intended for children, it should not be used by children without parent or guardian oversight. If you believe personal data was submitted improperly, contact us so we can review and act on the request.
