Bookflexgym Account Deletion
Bookflexgym users can request permanent deletion of their account and associated app data. This page explains how the account removal flow works and what happens to related data.
How to request deletion
- Open the Bookflexgym app.
- Open your user profile or account settings section.
- Tap the Delete Account option.
- Confirm the deletion prompt inside the app.
- The standard deletion flow is handled directly in the app and does not require sending an email request.
- If you cannot access the app or your account, contact supportbookflexgym@gmail.com.
What is deleted
- Primary account profile data associated with your Bookflexgym account.
- Bookings and related core account records removed by the in-app deletion flow.
- Additional account-linked records that are eligible for deletion, subject to operational, technical, and legal retention limits.
What may be retained temporarily
- Security, fraud-prevention, billing, legal, or dispute-handling records where limited retention is required.
- Server logs and backups until normal system retention cycles complete.
